Been doing these all year now for NHL now as I am unwilling to post my selections without the -1 available yet. Here is this months: 9-6-2. Basically I got absolutely killed this month after running extremely hot for two months. I lost 3 games in OT or shootout, and two when leading after 2 periods (should run at about a 85% success rate if you're leading after 2). I basically suffered annoying loss after annoying loss - and not only that incorporated some debatable money management right around the middle of the month. Hindsight is always 20/20, and I think it's safe to say I won't do that again. Anyways, a completely flat month for me more or less - very disappointing as it's the middle of the season and cant use the "it's October" excuse. Hope everyone had better NHL success than me this month. Best of luck.
I know a couple of guys have mentioned +1/-1 a time or two, but I wasn't aware that it was essential. I don't think it would be that hard to add. Just be loud and obnoxious about it if it's that important and I'll probably get around to it.
Parlays would be incredibly easy to add. Maybe this is me being stubborn, but I STILL don't see ANY benefit of having parlays even after all the arguments for them.
I can see the rare case where teasers might be helpful (crossing key lines in NFL for example), but teasers would be pretty damn difficult to add, though certainly not impossible.
An example of why +1/-1's are great. The Dallas Stars on Pinnacle are +1.5 -240 or +1 -152
No one should ever take a +1.5 unless they think it can win outright. At the same time, that's a lot of juice to lay. If the play is a strong one in your opinion, taking the +1 for a back door at -152 would be the better option. Saving a hell of a lot of juice right there.
Of course I would start tracking if -1 bets were available mate. I sent Chris when he was here a really simple formula to make it happen via spread sheet - converting using ML and -1.5 to create the -1 line.
Absolutely. It's on my desk top at home. I won't be back until late tonight, but shall I just fire it off in an e-mail? Much easier than creating it yourself.

Those -1/+1 NHL bets are needed.
Yesterday I wanted to take Toronto +1, +1.5 was too much juice.
So I took the money line and lost in shoot out when it would have been a push.
Really, all types of wagers should be available.
Just because, some do not like a certain type, does not mean they should be withheld.
There are guys that are masters at using 7pt tears in football and using 2 team parlays.
An up and coming website could always add those and be a step a head if done right.
Thanked by

With parlays, they should be limited to 2-3 teams. I think even 2 would be enough.
