I know you're probably busy but I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you so much for launching this website tool. It sounds corny, but it has revolutionized my business. Honestly, I was thinking about giving up trying to sell picks altogether because the sales were just so hard to come by, but it's completely the opposite now.
I think it's because on Line.com there are too many other good handicappers so a potential buyer gets distracted and ends up buying from someone else. On my website it's just me, so as long as they like what they see I get the sale!

When Will My Site Be Ready?
Depending on the time of day, your site will generally be ready within 6-12 hours after you send us the email with your domain preference. For reference purposes, we work from 8AM - 6PM PST. This setup time may be delayed slightly on weekends and holidays.
How Do I Buy a Preconfigured Domain? And What Is a Preconfigured Domain?
To buy a preconfigured domain just indicate this preference in your post-purchase email to us. Once we receive your email we'll immediately process the $25 rebate as a partial PayPal refund. A preconfigured domain is simply a domain that's all set up and ready to go (already purchased, already given proper permissions in our database, etc). You can still make as many edits to it is as you want. When you purchase a preconfigured domain it saves us a bit of time, so we pass that savings along to you.
What is the Platinum Membership?
The Platinum Membership is Line.com's solution for sellers. It allows you to sell picks directly on Line.com to benefit from all of our traffic that may not want to leave to visit other sites, and it also includes lots of free advertising.
Why is There a Setup Fee for the Monthly Plan?
It takes a lot of work to get one of these sites set up for your use (which is why we give a discount for preconfigured sites), and we would lose a ton of money (time is money) if we did all that work for only $69. Having the setup fee is the only way we can afford to offer a reasonably-priced monthly option.
What Do I Do If I Want to Add A Custom Feature?
You have two options if you want a custom feature added:
1. If it's a feature that others are likely interested in as well, start a forum topic about it and try to gain backing for your idea. If enough people are interested in it and it's physically possible then we'll add the feature for free!
2. If that doesn't work, we're still happy to help. We'll custom code anything you need for just $80/hr (that's very cheap considering how fast we work).

NO! We understand that it takes time for a business to accrue testimonials which is why we made it an optional module. Turn testimonials on or off at any time in your admin panel.
I Already Have a Domain Name. Can I Use That?
YES! All you have to do is change the nameservers at your domain registrar (don't worry, it's far easier than it sounds). After making payment, please contact us to tell us the domain name that you will be using so that we may give it the proper permissions in our database. Then, we'll email you the nameservers to use and walk you through the process if you need help.
Does Line.com Take a Commission?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! All sales are 100% yours.
