Basketball - 568 Wisconsin -2 +170 for 2nd Half
Risking $500.00 to win $850.00

Reason: Clear line error, line should have been -2 -200

    Sucks.  I guess they would have gotten it back before the sent you your check if they didn't catch it right away, so maybe it's better that they caught it quickly.

    Did you get any angry emails about trying to cheat the system?  I've heard of guys who have had that happen to them, with 5dimes' head guy calling them thieves.

    That's correct, ten minutes after the game started, I received an email like I got a WARNING for taking advantage of their ERROR. Aren't we all looking for advantages in every game we play? What would have been acceptable is if they honored the wager and corrected the amount of winning I should have won. In this case it was supposed to be Wisconsin -2 (-170) instead of +170.

    I use 5dimes but I heard a story that their honcho Tony once took like $750 out of a guy's account who tried to stiff 5dimes on an international basketball game that he bet way after it had started but 5dimes was not aware that the time was moved up so the bet was available. Tony basically told the guy since he tried to steal 750 from him, he will steal 750 instead lol.
